What stunning photos x Looking forward to seeing what mountains you discover in Watford ;) You - push people out of comfort zones?! Er think you dragged me kicking and screaming lol. In the loveliest way - and I am grateful x Boundaries are soooo important to me and for me. Growing up there weren't any clear boundaries, I wasn't role modelled any, and I wasn't allowed any, so I have had to create them as an adult, which is easier said than done, and so tied into value and worth. I feel I now have strong, stable boundaries, but not rigid. They are there to keep me safe, but also so others know what is and isn't acceptable for me. My children like the safety, security and stability of boundaries too. I'm told my boundaries are really healthy - and I'm proud of that. They've taken a lot of time and effort to achieve, but more so - that I deserve to have them. Do love a boundary. They are ever evolving and always a work in progress as life changes and that's good/okay. Hope you have a lovely evening at the party xxx

Morning Suzanne,

I would love to see a photo of Issy's hamster 🐹 in an armchair🥰🥰

Thank you for lots to ponder this morning in your ramble .

I've made huge leaps this week in removing some of my fear based , got to keep safe boundaries. I took Jess swimming....sounds small but massive for us both .

I had a reiki session which validated so much of my thinking and feelings , both swimming and reiki were awesome!

Your so right we are the blueprint for our children . Thank you for pmh for bringing us together as that was the start of our healing journey, forever grateful 💗

You just took me back to 'o' level biology and that was a long time ago. We learnt about selectively permeable membranes. They let some but not all molecules into a cell. There purpose is to help the cell maintain it's equilibrium. I'm thinking about having selectively permeable boundaries. I'm sure that would help with my rather all or nothing style?

Loved the ramble today Suzanne. Listening a day late. So admire your commitment to this. Yesterday I didn’t manage to get out of bed til late and I thought my God, Suzanne’s already been out and done her ramble. Followed immediately by your voice in my head telling me not to beat myself up! Lots to ponder today! The photos are amazing too. Reminds me of home. Have a great day and look forward to hearing about the party!
