Hard week for us sophs has now been referred to the community mental health team , my brother has his PET scan Monday so I'm diving into Aunty Suze's bible and opting to up my self care to help me cope , hoping to get to carers club tomorrow and reiki on Saturday with lashings of self compassion and curiosity in-between. Xxxx

Your heart photos are wonderful- I look and look, and can't ever see any.......hmm.......mind you I don't leave the house much...🤣🤣....Magnolias who knew???...have missed out on a few rambles. Will try and catch up. Have been away with family for a couple of nights. How easily we once said that sentence, and now how much more it actually means. Be grateful Lucy. Am feeling pretty positive about this week. Has got off to a good start, finished a book which hasn't been an easy accomplishment recently....going to start another one....try and stay positive- that is my aim/change
