I’m back in the room after a busy work day yesterday, not enough boundaries and very aware need to change the shape of those expectations and demands from work and say no ! Remember going to Victoria coach station once and a whole new world ( as in Aladdin !) that I never knew existed ! We saw a sheep on the A2 this morning - that started our morning with a giggle ! Off to meet the demands of work! Look forward to tomorrows London ramble - I may do a London one too ! Glad your sounding better and best wishes to Helen and Jude. Nails look lovely - are you eye lash tempted yet ! Have a good one 😁

Been a busy day here , outpatients with Soph then a carers assessment in the afternoon where I asked for help , that's huge for me to admit I'm buckling under the pressure .

It's blue sky, 4 degrees, and really sunny here today. Kids home as teacher's are striking, so it's a relaxed start (T was meant to be going in). I have definitely held on far too long in the past, but it's getting easier and quicker to let go the more work I do on myself. I'm with you; trusting is one thing but trusting and feeling safe is a whole other level. Never underestimating shaping. With you on the girlie things. Enjoy the rest of your day with your mum and nan xxx
Beautiful photos. I didn't see outside yesterday or today (Thurs/Fri) apart from rabbit feeding, so I enjoy living vicariously through your photos. I did spend 10 minutes doing an exercise dance class though- not moved like that for far too long...going to aim to do it once a day (although didn’t happen today/ Friday as parents were visiting/in front room whilst I was working and now son has commandeered front room...!!). Your nails are lovely but believe me they are v tame by my standards- yours are demure and yet punchy. If I could upload a photo of mine I would.....not sure what they say about me!!
