Drama triangle concept... a very interesting one for me to consider.
Going back to chunky calves....I don't do dresses. I don't do skirts. I don't do boots. I have what are known fondly in my family as 'Harrison calves' (my Mother's maiden name) or less fondly known as, chunky calves! Coupled with being sporty in my youth, they were never going to be slender! And now with menopause, even less chance!
And when young and looking for sandals with ankle straps to wear for a wedding, I was told by the shop assistant they wouldn't have any that would fit saying I had tree trunks for ankles! Still remember her comment to this day and main reason for no boots, dressses or skirts!
I'd stick to your faithful and comfortable trainers next time Suzanne....like me!
I hope you feel better soon Suzanne🤒 NB NB NB NB don't overdo it and take it easier than you think you need to, to get yourself better. Safe journey home🙂
Am a day late finishing this off....but yes I was more positive yesterday! Rather than dreading sending emails in the epic son saga, I sent emails that pulled no punches AND had a lovely day in a school in the W Mids working with lovely people AND laughed hysterically at the CRAZY school pick up chaos I ended up in as I left the school, thinking well at least I don't have this to deal with as he hasn't been in school for so long, rather than getting cross at traffic craziness or sad about the whole not in school thing AND sent a request to meet with our local MP as being let down so much for so long.....but all done in a positive, 'let's do this' manner as opposed to 'eurrgghh this all so rubbish'......YES!!!!
Hi, hope you feel better soon x Love how you over explain about wearing more than just a jumper lol! Rescuer is the third one on the victim triangle - you mustn't have heard me responding to you at the time ;) Definitely lacking on the hug front. Hope you got some cake to take home. Safe journey xxx
Safe journey home , I hope you start to feel better soon
I did start my day with a self hug ✅ and I really needed that for the challenges of today so far !
I will look up the triangle , 📐, I know I've had to be steadfast in the middle recently when helping my mum through ill health.

smell-o-listen. Great idea and all very well but when you got to Victoria sponge I think scoff-o-listen would be a good addition
