We had a grotty evening too weather wise. This morning was sunny, but now it's windy, pouring and freezing cold - have put my dressing gown on over my clothes, fleecy blanket and the heating on. That wind will definitely have blown the cobwebs away! I don't have much physical space, but whatever space I am in I need it to be and feel as safe as possible, and spaces where I feel I belong, and feel good for me. You weren't born to fit in, and that's meant as the biggest compliment x Instead of fitting in, it's nicer to find those spaces where you feel you belong x Personal accountability is so important. Wise words at the end xxx

The weather here has been horrendous today! I am so in need of head space ! I’m exhausted by the constant demands of everyone! Emails, appointments to be made, birthdays to be celebrated, friends wanting to catch up, work, bloody horse !! Still struggling with creating any boundaries which is not helping with my mood! My daughter is so happy currently and our connection so improved , but is it really inappropriate to bribe a driving examiner to pass her soon 🙈. Wants to drive me everywhere but forgets the requirement that I am always needed too !! And who designs a bus timetable that is virtually non existent in the afternoon! Does no one need to get home from where they went in the morning 🤪. Rant over and time to lay in a dark room !!

Horrible weather here too!

Space.....the final frontier.....I rarely have any physical space and I need space to think and heal, I often steal a few minutes early in the morning to think, just those few minutes of peace.
