I was sitting in my car at the park considering a dog walk. The timing of that dog walk and that moment in time , I wonder who my guide from beyond was 🤷♀️.

I also struggle to finish things , but to be self compassionate I'm doing the best in can in difficult times . If I've learnt anything this past few years it's too live adaptively, I had plans this morning then some tough news re my big brother so I have adapted my morning to give myself some time to absorb the news.

I had no idea that joining PMH would be such an education in so many ways - English language, English literature, art, poems, psychology - every day is a school day!
