I love the mini mic!

I have done yoga and meditation pretty regularly for many years but have found since my Mum died that I don't feel up to it as often. Lying in bed watching rubbish shows on my phone is where I am at when I don't have to be doing something for someone else (with varying degrees of kindness/resentment).

Mini microphone 🎤 wars!

I would definitely of tripped over the wire too, one of my childhood names was 'Calamity Jane' , I've lost the nickname but kept the calamity....always dropping things and falling over!

Hi, they really have thought of everything haven't they?! Had no idea there were mini microphones for phones! Looks cute. Don't blame you for wanting to stay in your pjs - you should have just walked round the garden in them. I quite often go out in mine - usually on the gym runs. Never apologise for a long ramble - they're great. I find breathing difficult too - small shallow breaths only and even then I can struggle with it. Not ever had the tingling - probably haven't breathed deep enough?! What the "also share to notes" box that has now appeared under this box as we type? xxx

Love the mic 🎤 Makes you the real roving reporter. I find the breathing my yoga teacher teaches us is helpful and calms me. I try to tell my son ti breathe when he gets particularly anxious but he says it doesn’t help. Guess we’re all different
