And as for packing, I detest it as it all has to come with me!...prob one reason why we don't go anywhere or have holidays!
I've learnt tonight from you why I'm in full on procrastination mode...thanks to freeze mode. But I've listened tonight so that's a step in the right direction.
I struggle to get anything done unless I'm in the house on my own....kind of tricky as that's a very rare occurrence these days!

I am loving your daily rambles, and todays really hit home. Please don’t ever apologize for crying! You are doing so much for so many, and I think it is brave to be real and express emotion like the rest of us but in a public way. To be vulnerable is so terrifying for me, so I find you courageous today. The way you put it, at capacity, really sums up life right now so that is a term I may borrow. You need a break and blue 💙 skies ,sea and the beach. Give yourself permission to get there anyway you can manage , underpacked ,overpacked , 7 pairs of flip flops , whatever it takes , just get there and breathe ........xxxxx
Hello. 40 years lol?! Guessed you were going to say packing. Completely understandable about Issy - it's a longer distance and time than your usual overnights. It's not ridiculous at all, it's also completely understandable. So understandable x A holiday, a complete break is so what you need. No apology needed whatsoever, and you know that x You are making changes already - look at you rambling and walking each day. It takes time and you are doing it. Hope packing went OK! I can't bear flip flops due to the toe post!! But would be so useful to like as so easy to pack!! Hope sandwich was lovely too!!
