I gain so much value from your rambles/blethers. You make me smile, giggle, cry, be thoughtful, be reflective on my own life. And on not so great days like today you make me shift my bottom and go out for a walk so I can listen to you and feel better 🥰
I rarely ever wear a coat - the last time was coming to Birmingham for The One Show and I bought a coat specially for it. Not worn it since?! Hope your ankle held up ok in your other trainers. Pleased you are taking your supplements. I've walked a few times and posted a couple of photos in the Wellbeing Group. It's not much, but it's a few times more than I would have. Proud of you for sticking with the daily rambles and pleased for you too. Are you using the Map My Walk we had for LLHM? You can track your pace etc then. Do you think the "not working" thing is that this style is unfamiliar? You are used to planning, preparing, and this is completely organic. Sounds like you are using too many of those 33,000 thoughts over thinking it ;) Surely the value is in what you gain, not what you are offering, as this is for you x The value in it for others is unique to them, but imagine it's connection for many, or interest, support etc x
I do like that your ramble/ blether is unscripted, it feels like an extension to the PNP course to me , witnessing your brilliant brain in action, moulding thoughts as they come into your head. Your blether always gives me something , advice , compassion, knowledge , laughter , listening to your love of nature, seeing your photos .
I sat in traffic today , mind whizzing away , held my steering wheel and said out loud ' I am my safe space' something I need to keep saying until it's instinctual.
I'm going swimming this week with Jess , having my second reiki session (can't wait) and the best news of all this tea time is my dad is back home from hospital 😁 x
Whatever you decide about it’s future I like the ramble/blether and would do even if it turns at times to haver (another bit of Scots for you).
Have a good week and hope wee Toast settling in well
