Just what I needed Suzanne. My lunch break companion today. Had a lovely thought that this will be my aim to listen to as much as possible in my lunch breaks from now on. Even had a happy little cry at some of the things you said...they help cut through to what matters and needs to be held onto. Thank you

I’m looking forward to sharing your lunch break with you, Lucy! The little practices we had to our days can make all the difference, can’t they? See you tomorrow! 😉

I absolutely LOVED this! You have made me laugh and smile throughout it. I found myself answering you as you talked away, as it felt like a conversation with you. You are definitely part of that cohort and make such a difference to so many. Really laughed when you said the words "discrimination, thank you" as if someone else had told you it. It really was just so you. You are a beautiful soul inside and out and if anyone had an issue with how anybody looked, and judged them on such superficial things then that it completely their issue - and who are we to judge anyway?! I was gutted to lose my notes on my phone when it died, so pleased you are more tech savvy than me and have yours on a cloud. You've walked further today so huge well done, and in the grotty weather. I listened to you, in the dry, still in my pjs. Also laughed lots at the "where was I" - you were so yourself. This is definitely going to be part of my self care listening to you each morning - so thank you for doing these xxx

I listened to this today on my 'ramble' to university 😬 I really enjoyed it. What you said about disassociation with food hit home with me and I had never thought about connecting the terms together before. So I am trying to make better choices in terms of food this week but still haven't brought in the mindfulness of eating into my plan which is the opposite of disassociation I guess. Many times I eat things and not even registered that I have eaten it let alone tasted it etc. I am going to remember to be more present particularly on the 'treat' foods. Thanks for the nudge x
