Welcome home ! Have missed the daily ramble. Have had a couple of wobbly days myself , predominantly due to change and how to manage demand- so lovely to be reminded that I have choice on what and how I do things. Glad you had an amazing time. Has the car been found ?!!!

I nearly shared an article with you the other day about a link between the benefits of walking🚶♀️ with writing📖✒, to encourage you to keep going👏👏. You've been missed🤗
Glad it was the balm you needed Suzanne. Good to hear you back. Am catching up now as fell and hurt my ankle so need to rest, so can catch up on you (silver linings and all that). We can't travel far due to son's travel phobia and leaving him overnight is nigh on impossible BUT he is only 12, so you give me the 'light at the end of the tunnel' for when he is older and perhaps we can go away.....and see the sea.....I haven't seen the sea for over 2 and a half years and my heart and soul so need it.....you make me know I will one day.
