Pleased you went, and enjoyed it. Your breathing is sounding easier so hoping whatever you've had is on it's way out. Fear, deep rooted fear from childhood, can be so impactful and debilitating. One of my biggest fears is my voice/thoughts/sharing them - not in all areas of my life. Scared of the things I want and need to share, yet can't, so they stay trapped and impacting. Steph sounds really helpful. Kids wanted vegetarian 'duck' pancakes for tea x

Vuck pancakes?! ☺️ 🦆

Owning your voice is a process and you’re on the way. Maybe finding other ways to sit with the feelings that doesn’t include speaking could help? And Steph is absolutely amazing. I feel very lucky to have her on this journey with me. Xx

Finally caught up after 3 awful days , and boy did today's ramble have me blubbing, shame under your your emotional epidermis , your fear caterpillar , I totally felt those 2 . I wrangle them daily ,can't stop whizzing around on that bloody fear caterpillar 🐛, so much gifted shame for me just existing. Biggest fear , being me that feels wrong , too risky , too vulnerable, I'm not enough !

Got to listen to your last bit again to get the words right ( sieve for a brain) something like ' I am my own emotional safety ' that's soooo good , one to write on a post it on my fridge , I NEED to absorb that one , thank you x

Sarah, you are really kind! I’m not sure they’re wise, but they’re definitely mine 😆
