Love the photos this morning and audio quality ! My morning started out full of excitement, thinking of adventures I could progress my daily walks too. ( someone told me they were walking to the foot of Everest!) Now don’t think I could do Everest yet, but did make me think how my daily walk ( 3 weeks now) could lead to something more exciting than walking around Medway! Then someone made a comment that really upset me and have been reflecting on how 1 word can make you change your outlook on you and life and squash your enthusiasm. Words have such power. Am interested in what your book is going to be about Suzanne. Anyway- have had my walk , strop and Costa and still giggling at the thought you are hiding behind a barn from The Duke of Edinburgh! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. Safe travels and no one can travel without snacks 😜.

Morning. Well you kept me on my toes as I wasn't expecting a ramble until this afternoon, once you were in Cornwall. Hope Ross makes it to Paris! It's a shame you're going away and your bed will be empty - imagine you can't wait to get in it after being on the sofa. And yes, your upcoming week is super busy so hope you do make pockets of time for rest. I don't have my usual anxiety type signs, but guessing there is some as I'm currently resorting all of my kitchen cupboards. Not sure yet what today will hold. Hope you have a good journey down to Cornwall. Whatever you are doing differently recording the last few days is much better sound quality - and could hear the birds xxx

Safe journey Suzanne

Beautiful tree silhouettes on gorgeous skies

Hope Ross gets to Paris ok

I'm trying my best today to sit with lots of emotions and just let them be , my dad is still extremely poorly in hospital and Soph had 2, seizures in the night.

It's definitely been a tough week so it's oodles of self compassion for a while and lots of doggy cuddles x
