I also love your PJ walk- my daughter would approve. I’ve been working on beliefs, judgment and connection this week and resonated with you needing “permission” to have time off. Today me and the kids (20,17) bunked off college, uni and work ( got that agreed) and went to see 3D avatar in luxury! In the past my belief would be they should have been studying - today connection, smiles and laughter was more important! I’m loving my “space” doing my daily walk - which was needed after the popcorn and sweets ( and didn’t need permission for that to be ok either !) 😜
