Sure you will smash your big event coming up. You’re a fabulous, inspirational woman so you will be then too. That will be clear to all
This week? Well I’m going to aim to be less hard on myself, think positive thoughts about my progress, let our son just ‘be’ and hopefully he can start to get over this shocking time for him, plus I’ll try and rest up as much as poss and hopefully with that, allow more recovery.
You will smash it tomorrow evening Suzanne😍 I know that how you feel inside may be the polar opposite to what we see but you ALWAYS come across authentic, compassionate, honest, supportive, open and AMAZING. Believe in yourself🤗 ....and remember there's unlikely to be anyone there who can get up K2 or Everest without sherpas🤣😉 I'm with you on the quest to be fitter. You getting out everyday (or the days that you can manage) to ramble are a BIG step and achievement so pat yourself on the back for getting out there 👏😘
Hello, sounds busy your end. Perhaps the connection with Dove will help in more ways than one. I have no doubt that you will ace tomorrow night. That is a strange place to build a nest?! Hope you don't have to work too late xxx
Yes this all sounds very busy Suzanne! Hope you had a nice evening to chill a bit. As ever, you said what I needed to hear - be present Lucy. My son has had some key moves forward in recent weeks (eg yesterday went round the block with one of his mentors - just would not have contemplated this in times gone by)....but rather than genuinely being pleased and in awe, I think 'yes but tomorrow there is this appointment...and how on earth do we get him to Nuneaton in 3 wks time for that appointment??'.....stop and take pride and be thankful for what is Lucy. Also - imagine your aim in life being 'to get to Nuneaton '...wow how our lives have changed, hahahahhaha (sorry Nuneaton!!)
Thank you Suzanne enjoyed the moment.

Sounds very familiar Jude, although you have been through far more extreme times recently x Hope you manage those aims x
