So glad you're feeling more regulated today, Suzanne🤗. As for you having a pea sized brain, you might want to re-think that reflection about that amazing brain of yours😉  And you too are a proper, real community leader but more importantly, one that's not lost the personal connection and empathy😘

Thinking of Jude and hoping for glimmers of progress and thoughts with Helen

The name Harrowbarrow - from a few of your signpost photos - makes me smile🙂

So pleased connection drew you from withdrawal and hope your mum gets on ok today .

Your rambles help me sooooo much , I'm really grateful Suzanne😘

I'm definitely one of the listener's of PMH , you may not see me comment too much as I'm an empath and I have to boundary what I take on, but I am there listening, supporting, learning and giving when I can .

Funny that blue strip of sky 💙 the same happened to me and Jess in the car yesterday, she was sad it was so grey , it upset her , I gave her that possibility of a streak of blue sky.... and there it was on the way home via a garden centre where her and Soph had an awesome time .....who knew they would love it so much on a mostly grey and cold day ! Possibility knew of course .😁

Sending love back Suzanne , beginning to come out of shock today and realising my own strength, I'm there for my big bro as I'm there for my girls whatever the journey and however I show up each day ...I'm there . Massive thank you to you Suzanne, pmh , PNP, my friends in pmh I'm a truer version of me with you all in my life xxxx

Morning, you sounded cheerier/lighter just from your "morning", and I'm so pleased. We have these days/times don't we and honouring those feelings, as difficult as they may be, are needed. You are human - your raw, honest vulnerability is a HUGE strength and not shameful in the slightest, but understand your thoughts. You would not let a friend have that one though ;) Glad you didn't get run over! Resting in the synapses - is that getting on your own nerves lol? Trusting the process, even if you don't understand it at the time. No idea if my replies make sense to people reading as I reply as you talk. You are safe here amongst your fellow ramblees who love and accept you for being you x Hope your mum's appointment goes well. Thinking of Jude and Helen too. Definitely sending love, and lots of it xxx
