Thank you Suzanne and think you’re right on the sheep type ‘Hogget’. Loved the ramble today as ever.

I keep thinking next car should be electric however the good trip planning will maybe be a challenge!😂

Ooh how exciting to be the first to comment as I am listening much earlier than usual today.

Unless I have mucked up on my phone and this in fact shortly appears below many other comments which will be fine too!

*What do I need to thrive?*

Mmm well it’s self care for me, and not overthinking or catastrophising (sp??)

Self care is currently quite a bit different to my previous exercise and sporty/horsy things.

Also I do like my family to be visibly (to me) happy/coping/themselves thriving but I also recognise more than ever that I need to thrive even when those things are not all in place.

I’m thriving a little bit in so much as the fridge is filled and washing is up to date - if those can perhaps as well be some ‘thrives’ for a woman recovering from a bad accident I’ll take them.

I felt I was doing well with self care earlier this year. Learning/thinking again now on how to live that care again and do a bit better…get back to more good self care daily in some format.

Here’s one - About to take my afternoon rest and well up for that.

Wee actions - these often really appeal to me:

Eg - I took the glass of iced water out into the garden this morning at about 8am. Having taken that idea from an evening listening to yesterday’s ramble. I liked it, then I still had my coffee (inside). Nice to view the greenery and start of veg and flower growth.

I’ll take and try other people’s small actions if any appear!

Hello to everyone! J xxx

I like the idea of having a map of self care charging points. Mine are:

*Being in nature. We saw carp in a pond today and baby coots - so fluffy! Sophie (the dog) was desperate to play with them.

* Spending time chatting about all things big and small with my husband.

*Small, smiley connections with my daughter.

*Some time alone.

*Some time each day on PMH.

*Watching TV.

*Reading.

*Doing a word puzzle.

*Therapy.

*Laughing.

Glad you found the sheep Suzanne! Shame we couldn’t hear them baaing today.

Enjoy your new car and I hope you found someone for the job.
