Love that blue sky in the pics, we had it too and it was properly warm out. Nice!

What container?

Good question that one. Love it

We have a popular Italian ice cream shop and cafe quite near us. As well as selling ice cream to walk about with in cones, they also sell various sizes of tubs of ice cream for you to put in your freezer at home. I have a fair collection of these tubs (they are good quality and last for years) that I use for leftovers and occasionally for baking - so my container would be a ‘Lucas’ tub’ I think.

From my younger life I remember my mum often filling a round metal cake tin which was green and cream. I do have some of her containers now, however not that one but it may still surface yet.

Under-committing to my steps today I’m well under my aim. Tomorrow is another day though eh?

Hi Suzanne - your not selling the “electric car!” I have considered one as we have to change our car thanks to The London Major and the ULEZ charge- but had also heard that charging them is challenging! My anxiety would not cope at the thought I would be stranded🙈. I feel that I am at a cross roads recently and thinking of alternative career paths. Also occurred to me today both my kids have booked overseas hols this year and me and hubby nothing planned - something wrong there. But gosh holidays look expensive ! I think I over committed at my first stab of yoga yesterday! It was sooo hard, and in the middle of the class my D rang me and her phone ring tone is a duck 😂😂. My initial container image was an oil barrel - random, think I have seen them made into hot tubs. I’m still up for ramble

Retreat, is there not a hotel near the converted bus! Does the converted bus drive !! 🤣.

Oooh I’ve just worked out how to comment. Get me!!! 🤣

I was moved to work this out today to talk about staying on a bus. I’ve don’t this once and it was an experience not to be repeated. Nobody warns you how much they move! It was like being on a boat. Constant swaying and definite sea sickness. I’m all for roughing it rather than forking out for hotels but bus stays are bot for the faint hearted!

Also I love the rambles and have now found the comments so you may not be able to shut me up!!

I’m in a place at the moment where I can fully commit to under committing! Off work, away from the maelstrom of my usual family life. The challenge will be getting back to it in a week’s time. Fills me with dread. But at least I’ll go back with my batteries recharged, unlike your car, Suzanne!

Definitely up for a rambler retreat. The bus sounds like great fun to me. But I’d come for a hotel too.

I think my container is a biscuit barrel. I guess I’m easily drawn to them.

Such a lovely day. I loved the tree photo. As well as clouds ☁️ I’m also into tree gazing. 🌳

Take care all you lovely ramblees. See you tomorrow xxx

Thank you for another hearty meal of ideas to digest Suzanne and for the gorgeous pics (especially the baalet) and for wearing your Radio 4 Sound Effects Shoes. The rhythmical scrunching along the gravel is very therapeutic.

Container: My mind instantly went to a a tall, yellowing, cylindrical Tupperware container. But it was too tall for me to climb out of and there wasn’t enough room in it for me to stretch out 🤷‍♀️.

I think I’d prefer it to be duck egg blue, shallower, wider and filled with things that comfort me.

Undercommitting: A tricky one. I’ll probably leave the dinner dishes tonight and read my new book instead.

Ramble Retreat: Would love one! I don’t mind either luxury or a bus.

About the retreat: is there a b&b or something near the bus so some of us could bus it and some of us could bed it but we could all come together around the campfire? I would love to do the retreat if it is possible to do one 💕
